There are so many things you have to think about when it comes to serving food to a large number of kids. Finding a snack that is healthy, gluten-free, NON-GMO, dairy-free, egg-free, etc, etc. is NOT the easiest task. Well, I think I have found the answer to our prayers…. insert, White House Foods clear applesauce pouches! From the packaging to the ingredient list, this label is transparent.

I made up these cute printables to make the snack a little festive and fun for game day! Just print, cut, and tape. Super simple.

It’s a simple, 7 day regimen that rids my body of toxins, aides healthy digestion, and reduces bloat. I love that I can do this DETOX while maintaining a my normal diet and exercise routine.

What’s in the box?

  • 7 – 16oz Detox Drinks

7 Day Detox Groups!

If you follow me on Insta or Facebook, you either A) see a lot about Detox Groups but keep scrolling or B) you have joined the madness! So what is the madness? In short, these Detox groups are for anyone who is interested in having fun while being part of a group who comes together (figuratively speaking…because it’s all online) once a month to do a gentle detox and feel our best!

First off, what is the Detox? We use the White House Foods® Detox drink and follow a 7 day plan. The detox drink is a pre-made, ready-to-drink mixture of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother, lemon, honey, and cinnamon. We drink 1 bottle per day, half in the morning and half in the evening. The group is totally FREE to join, you only have to purchase your 7 bottles of White House Detox® from your local grocery or Amazon! I have written about WHY I chose this Detox regimen to follow monthly and all the benefits here. There’s also a video that goes more into detail about the 7 days of detoxing here

So back to the group

Where? The group takes place on a secret group online. So whether you’re in Virginia or California…or at work or on your couch at home.. you can be preset!

When? Our monthly group takes place the first FULL week of each month for 7 days, Monday-Sunday. There’s a daily challenge posted each morning, so members are asked to check in at least once each day!

WHY? Each month, the group has a theme to keep the challenges exciting and engaging. Such as, March Madness (…coming up March 4th!) There are daily challenges that promote a successful detox, such as sharing a healthy recipe, increasing physical activity for the day, or sharing a fun selfie of you with your detox. Simple & fun, yet keeping accountability. How many times have you started something for yourself, only to quit on day 2..or maybe 3? These groups are 7 days, it’s only 7 days to commit to yourself.. plus with the community we have created in these groups, you won’t want to stop! I find myself looking forward to the group starting again to get caught back up with all the members! Did I mention we have fun prizes for those who are active and participate? PLUS, everyone who completes the 7 days receives a gift from me!

HOW? Are you READY to join us for the next group…or maybe you have some specific questions for me?  Click here to join!

Here are some reviews/results from current members!

As always, thanks for reading! Until next time..

9 Must-Have Items For 2019!

How are we already at the beginning of another NEW year?

If you’re like me, you start each year with good intentions of cleaning, organizing, and setting fitness goals but somewhere between January and late March….. the passion for those goals starts to fade.

This year, I am choosing to start small and work on GROWTH instead of starting BIG and feeling like I failed when it all becomes too overwhelming.

Here are some of my favorite things that inspire me to stick with my goals! Click in underlined word for a direct shopping link!

9MustHaveItems

  1.  New Shoes: New shoes = workout definitely happening! Invest in some great shoes that feel and look good. Seems a little silly, but I promise it works. These shoes are worth every penny, they’re adorable, and skip the annoying shoe strings that no one actually has time for anyways!
  2. Water Bottle: Drinking more water is something I always need to strive to do. Water is SO good for you and is an easy way to start a healthier year. I love this encouraging water jug!
  3. Planner: I am OBSESSED with this planner, because it covers a few of my resolutions in ONE. This is a weekly planner, devotion/bible study notebook, and health tracker.
  4. Detox: When it comes to “diets,” I have to be realistic. A “diet” will never work for me, but a lifestyle of healthier choices is totally DOABLE. This little bottle of magic has helped keep in line so I have to share. One week per month, I commit to drinking a bottle of this a day.
  5. Sports Bras: When is the last time your purchased yourself a NEW bra? I had to add this one because I went to put on a sports bra and it was a nursing bra…it was also 2 sizes too big. Ladies, treat yourself. Your children get new clothes every season, you deserve it. Also, it’s not good for you to be wearing the wrong size bra…especially when you’re working out. #keepingitreal
  6. Car Organizer: If you’re a mom, there’s really not much to say here. You get it. War zone, danger zone, black hole….or as other people call it, the backseat. My dad got these for me for Christmas and so far, so good. I figured I should return the favor and help a sister out. Get these and get your sanity back!
  7. Daily Devotional: Speaking of sanity, make time for a daily devotion. You won’t regret it. You don’t have to commit to reading an entire chapter of the bible every single day, start small. I’ve linked one that I think can be life changing.
  8. Crockpot: I’m making it my goal this year to have a few less trips through the Chickfila drive-thru and a few more sit-down dinners. Confession, cooking dinner seems exhausting after a long day and I am SO quick to talk myself out of it. This year, I am going to depend on my crockpot a lot more. I plan on putting dinner in the crockpot in the morning so in the evening it’s not easier to pick up a chicken sandwich and waffles fries.
  9. Tupperware: Stop letting that pile of mix matched Tupperware with missing lids drive you crazy. Throw it ALL out. It’s not going to bully you and make you feel like everything is falling apart one more day. Trash it. Start fresh.

Goals are made to be met.

Goals are made to grow you…not overwhelm you.

Start small, conquer, and set out for another goal.

If you use any of these items, please comment below and tell me how they’re helping you slide into 2019 feeling like a million bucks.

xoxo,
